Am I able to order online?

Due to the custom nature of the modules and accessories, we don’t currently offer a way to order fixtures on the website. DispoDesign will review your choices with you to help ensure modules fit and function as expected. Please contact us with any ordering inquiries and we will guide you through the process.

What are the dimensions of the fixtures?

Individual Wall Bay modules are approximately 36 inches wide x 22 inches deep x 106 inches high excluding Wall Bay End Caps. Individual Counter modules are approximately 36 inches wide x 22 inches deep x 40 inches high excluding Counter End Panels. ADA height options are available for POS Counter modules (only, Glass Counter modules excluded). Options for reduced height Wall Bay assemblies are inbuilt.

Can you help me confirm how many DispoDesign fixtures I need?

If you are unsure of exact ordering quantities based on available space, we’re here to help! For small-medium store footprints, DIY photos and measurements are often sufficient information for us help you finalize your order. For large installations, multiple-store orders, or any store currently under construction, some level of design service may be recommended before we finalize. Explore our design services here.

Does DispoDesign offer samples?

A sample fixture may be available in certain circumstances. Samples work on a case-by-case basis and there is not a pre-determined sampling process. Please contact us to discuss available options based on your installation and time-frames.

Can you ship my order anywhere?

Almost, yes! With a caveat:

Because our distribution warehouse is located in Los Angeles, CA, the cost to ship off-the-shelf orders to destinations outside of the continental United States can be prohibitive. We’re happy to explore those options by request. We are happy to ship using your account through your preferred shipping partner allowing you to leverage your own negotiated savings.

How long will my new fixtures take to arrive? [Off-the-Shelf orders]

Depending on the total size, orders typically dispatch from our Los Angeles, CA warehouse 1-5 business days from the date we receive payment. Transit times after dispatch vary based on order size, and delivery address:

  • Small shipments (under 10 boxes) delivering inside the continental United States and Canada will typically dispatch via FedEx Ground with standard transit times of 1 - 7 business days. Expedited shipping is available for any FedEx order at an additional cost.

  • Large shipments (over 10 boxes) delivering inside the continental United States and Canada are typically palletized and shipped via freight carrier with average transit times of 2 - 4 calendar weeks. Expedited shipping is not available for palletized freight shipments; please plan accordingly.

  • Transit times to locations outside the continental Unites States and Canada vary widely. Please contact DispoDesign for more information.

How long will my new fixtures take to arrive? [Custom Manufacturing orders]

Orders requiring manufacturing can vary significantly in total size, inclusions, and final delivery destination. And therefore, can vary in total lead time to delivery. Rest assured, DispoDesign will keep you informed throughout the process, end-to-end. For general planning purposes, please allow for the following timing:

  • Graphics:

    From the date we receive final, print-ready art and payment in full on your order - made-to-order graphic elements typically deliver directly to your store in 3-6 weeks. *Expedited options may be available at an additional cost, to be confirmed at the time of order.

  • Custom timber panels (small runs):

    From the date we receive payment in full on your order – a short run of custom timber panels typically delivers directly to your store in 5-8 weeks. *Expedited options may be available at an additional cost, to be confirmed at the time of order.

  • Custom or bulk orders including steel and/or glass components:  

    From the date we receive payment- bulk manufacturing orders including steel and/or glass components typically deliver to our US warehouse/Los Angeles, CA in 12-16 weeks. Expedited options are not available, please plan accordingly. *Direct delivery to a single location (your warehouse/storage facility) may be available at an additional cost, to be confirmed at the time of order. Is shipping “included” in your unit prices?

Yes, and no.

For Off-the-Shelf orders: shipping is not included. Delivery costs will be calculated based on the estimated packed dimensions of your final order and any special logistics considerations required, and passed on as a separate charge at the time of invoicing. If you would prefer to ship through your preferred partners through your own account, we will happily coordinate release of your order from our warehouse to your selected carrier as needed.

Some custom and bulk manufacturing orders that include certain steel and glass components are manufactured overseas. The international portion of your total shipping (landed) cost is typically included in our unit pricing. During times of high shipping volatility, additional sea freight surcharges may apply. Domestic delivery from port of arrival to final store destination(s) are not included and will be passed on as a separate charge at the time of dispatch. 

FOB shipping terms and unit pricing are available on request.

Are there minimum/maximum ordering quantities (MOQs)?

  • Off-the-Shelf Orders: There are no minimum order quantities. Maximum order quantities may apply. *For large orders, contact DispoDesign to confirm availability prior to planning.

  • Custom Graphics: There are no MOQs.

  • Custom Timber/Concrete Panels (small runs): There are no MOQs.

  • Custom or Bulk Orders containing Steel and/or Glass components: There are no maximum order quantities. Minimum order quantities will apply. Contact DispoDesign to confirm quantity pricing as needed.

How can I pay for my order?

DispoDesign can accept payment by credit card or direct bank transfer. Credit card payments are facilitated via PayPal link (no PayPal account required) and subject to 4% credit card fee. We cannot accept payment via any alternative means, including but not limited to cash or check.

Do you offer credit terms?

Credit terms up to NET 30 may be negotiated by customers purchasing at a volume of $100,000+ /per year. Terms and limits are subject to application approval and entirely at the discretion of DispoDesign/Project Duo. Contact DispoDesign for more information regarding credit terms and conditions.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Volume discounts may be available. Contact DispoDesign to confirm quantity pricing as needed.

What are your warranty/claim policies?

DispoDesign leverages world-class manufacturing, and logistics partnerships to ensure our clients reliably receive high-quality products. Across our 10+ year history of manufacturing our current SKUs and global distribution of thousands of parts, incidents of manufacturing defects and/or shipping damage have been exceptionally rare.

With that said, DispoDesign offers limited warranties against manufacturing defects and against shipping damage on any item(s) shipped via DispoDesign carriers. Claims must be made in timely manner and supported/documented as required by DispoDesign on a case-by-case basis. Valid claims will be rectified by delivery of replacement parts as needed. Contact your DispoDesign representative for more information or to begin a claim.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our product, all sales are final per industry standard:  

  • For off-the shelf orders: we cannot facilitate exchanges or accept returns after your order is released from our warehouse (outside of manufacturing defects).

  • For custom/manufacturing orders: we cannot facilitate order changes, item exchanges or accept returns after we submit your order for production (outside of manufacturing defects).
